By booking or accepting a reading, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, or that you have appropriate adult supervision during the session.

Wright Guides LLC reserves the right to cancel or DECLINE APPOINTMENTS that are intuitively deemed misaligned, disruptive, or energetically inappropriate. This includes sessions where the client’s intent, tone, or engagement does not reflect mutual respect, clarity, or a genuine desire for growth.
This decision may be based on energetic impressions, prior interactions, or intuitive guidance received before or during the booking process. In such cases, a refund may be issued at the discretion of Wright Guides LLC, and no further explanation is required.
By booking a session, you acknowledge and accept this boundary as part of the spiritual integrity upheld by Wright Guides LLC.
🔒In-Person Readings at Client’s Home/Location/Space.
To support a grounded and easeful experience, please ensure the reading space is free of excessive pet fur, clutter, or obstacles that may prevent access to a clean, stable surface (such as a table or altar). I bring minimal setup and simply ask for a calm, accessible area to hold your session with care. For gated or secured locations, kindly meet me at the entrance to ensure smooth arrival.
If the space is not suitable upon arrival and the session cannot proceed, your appointment may be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled at my discretion. In such cases, my existing refund and cancellation policies will apply.

Refund & Privacy Policy: All In-person, Zoom Video, Calls, & Email Tarot Reading Oahu
Late / No Call, No Show:
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, a $10 late fee will apply. To be submitted prior to the start of the in-person session.
If you miss your appointment without calling, it will be considered a donation and will not be refunded. You’re welcome to book a new session at your convenience.

REFUND POLICY:
Cancellations within the 24 hours of requested psychic card reading appointment will be considered a donation and not refunded. The same policy applies if the Client's home/space is not suitable upon arrival and the session cannot proceed. **Emergencies within the 24 hours will be considered for refund at the discretion of tarot advisor and Wright Guides LLC. Please use the contact information in the booking email you receive, to request changes or rescheduling.
If I, Sherry B. Wright owner of Wright Guides LLC, am more than 30 minutes late to your scheduled session, you’ll receive a $10 rebate as a gesture of respect for your time.

- Your Words Are Safe Here. Every session is a private sanctuary. Though I am not a licensed therapist, I hold your stories with reverence and discretion. Nothing shared will be repeated or revealed.

Code of Ethics (What is tarot reading or psychic card reading?):
- I, Sherry B. Wright owner of Wright Guides LLC, am a Tarot Advisor, Spiritual Counselor, Tarot Reader Online, but this does not suggest that I am a Psychic or Medium. Neither does it suggest that I am Telepathic.
- To avoid disappointment or an unnecessary Journey, A Pre-Arranged Appointment / Booking is essential. Your tarot advisor cannot accommodate Clients who call unexpectedly, either in person or over the phone looking for an On-The-Spot Tarot Consultancy.
- A Tarot Counseling Reading or Psychic Card Reading is a Two-Way Process. Your tarot advisor will ask Questions during a Reading and expect your participation in the Reading. This helps The Cards to Yield more Information, thus enabling the Reading to Open Up and Expand. This will be more so noticeable for in-person reading.
- In Tarot no Card is viewed as totally Negative as Each has something to teach us. All Cards represent part of the Human Experience of Life. The Death Card does not carry a meaning of Physical Death but one of Liberation from a Negative Situation or the end of a Particular Cycle in our Life. It suggests Change, Transformation and Transition. The Release of the Old to make room for the New. It is not a Card to be Feared.
- Tarot Cards are not Dangerous, Evil or Bad Luck, but are simply an expression of our Subconscious wherein lies the answers or solutions to all our Life Issues. A psychic card reading is similar to Dream Interpretation where our Subconscious relays information to us through the Imagery on the Cards.
- The Tarot Cards carry Images that reflect aspects of Life we are all familiar with. As a Tarot Advisor, Spiritual Counselor, and Tarot Reader Online, I have worked with and integrated their Imagery and Associated Meanings and am therefore in a position to Interpret the Cards selected.

- WGLLC will never refuse a Client a Tarot Counseling on the Grounds of Race, Color, Religious Belief, Disability or Sexual Orientation.
