For in‑person bookings / appointments on Oahu, please arrive on time so we can begin in a grounded, calm space.

• Late Arrival: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, a $10 late fee applies and must be paid before the session begins.

• No‑Show: If you miss your appointment without calling, the session is considered a donation and is not refundable. You’re welcome to book a new appointment anytime.

Emergencies may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis.

Digital Products

Instant‑download items — including PDFs, journals, digital resources, and clarity tools — are non‑refundable and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Booking / Appointment Cancellations

Any cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled time is considered a donation and will not be refunded.

This also applies if your home or chosen location is not suitable for an in‑person appointment and cannot proceed.

Emergencies

Life happens. Emergencies within 24 hours may be considered for a refund at the discretion of Life Insights | Wright Guides LLC. Please use the contact information in your booking confirmation email to request changes or rescheduling.

If Your Advisor | Practitioner Is Late

If I am more than 30 minutes late, you will receive a $10 reimbursement as a gesture of respect for your time.

I am Sherry B. Wright, owner of Wright Guides LLC — a Clarity Guide, Healing Practitioner, Published Author, and Online Tarot Reader. I use tarot, oracle cards, intuitive grounding practices, and other supportive modalities to help clients find clarity, healing, and emotional grounding.

The purpose is to help you become more aware of your personal energy, not to create fear or dependency. My intentions are always of a loving and positive energy.
