🟥 Late Arrival & No‑Show Policy

For in‑person bookings / appointments on Oahu, please arrive on time so we can begin in a grounded, calm space.

• Late Arrival: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, a $10 late fee applies and must be paid before the session begins.

• No‑Show: If you miss your appointment without calling, the session is considered a donation and is not refundable. You’re welcome to book a new appointment anytime.

Emergencies may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis.

If Your Advisor | Practitioner Is Late

If I am more than 30 minutes late, you will receive a $10 reimbursement as a gesture of respect for your time.

🟥 Privacy Policy

Your appointments are a private sanctuary. Whether we meet online, by email, phone, Zoom, or in person on Oʻahu, what you share is treated with deep respect and absolute discretion.

While I am not a licensed therapist, my approach to confidentiality is shaped by decades of real‑world responsibility. During my 20‑year Army career, I worked in roles that required safeguarding sensitive information and maintaining strict security standards. I’ve continued to uphold those same principles in every position I’ve held since, consistently passing background checks and working in trust‑based environments.

Your stories, experiences, and personal details are protected with the same level of care. Nothing shared in a appointment will be repeated or revealed.

Website Privacy

This website may collect basic information to personalize your experience, improve services, and communicate updates. Your information is never sold or shared.

G.R.O.U.N.D. Guidance

These appointments may be audio‑recorded only to provide your personal copy. Recordings are confidential and not shared.

🟥 Code of Ethics

About My Work

I am Sherry B. Wright, owner of Wright Guides LLC — a Clarity Guide, Healing Practitioner, Published Author. I use intuitive grounding practices, and other supportive modalities to help clients find clarity, healing, and emotional grounding.

This does not mean I am a psychic medium, telepathic, or able to predict specific future events.

Appointments

All bookings are pre‑scheduled. I cannot accommodate unexpected calls requesting immediate response.

Confirmations

Appointments are confirmed by text and/or email. Please ensure your contact information is current. Some notifications may land in your spam or junk folder.

A Two‑Way Process

All bookings / appointments are collaborative. I may ask questions to help either my energy to connect with you and/or the cards open up and reveal deeper insight. This is especially true for in‑person bookings / appointments on Oahu.

Inclusivity

Life Insights | Wright Guides LLC welcomes all clients. I do not discriminate based on race, color, religious belief, disability, or sexual orientation.

Occasional Option

I will offer advice on how to clear certain energies or how to cleanse self or spaces depending on the need.

What I Do Not Offer

• I do not predict lottery numbers. • I do not invoke or remove spells or curses. • I do not offer “best love psychic” guarantees or free psychic predictions.

Always trust your discernment when navigating online spiritual or personal development services.
